The Northeast Institute for Organization Management (IOM) is a premier nonprofit management and leadership development course that has profoundly impacted my approach to association management. During the week, I participated in a series of courses designed to challenge and expand my skills. Some associations and AMCs are tempted to turn away from AI for the very fact that it can diminish the humanness of what they’re offering.
