Impact Association Management announced a new partnership with the California Ambulance Association (CAA), a nonprofit association serving as the unified voice for public and private ambulance service providers across the state of California. This partnership will support CAA in achieving its mission to advance the delivery of high-quality, pre-hospital care through education, best practices, and supporting sound legislative policy.
Through this partnership, Impact will work alongside CAA's staff and leadership to provide specialized support in areas including comprehensive headquarters operations, governance support, membership services, event and conference management, financial administration, and communications support. The partnership is designed to strengthen operational capacity, enhance member value, and position the association for continued growth.
“The California Ambulance Association and its Board of Directors are delighted with our partnership with Impact Association Management,” said Rob Lawrence, Executive Director, CAA. “As we complete our first quarter of working together, Impact has already demonstrated its professionalism, expertise, and commitment to our success.”
The first three months of partnership between Impact and CAA brought immediate momentum. From planning and delivering CAA’s Annual Convention to managing the organization’s day-to-day operations, Impact helped ensure continuity while advancing key priorities.
“Taking over the planning and delivery of our annual conference within the first 90 days of the partnership was no small undertaking, and the success of that event is a testament to the team's operational capability and dedication,” said Lawrence. “Equally impressive has been Impact's structured approach to association management, governance, and member services. Their organizational expertise and strong administrative infrastructure are already strengthening our ability to operate efficiently, allowing CAA's leadership to remain focused on what matters most: advocating for, representing, and delivering value to ambulance providers across California. We look forward to building on this strong start and continuing to advance the Association's mission together.”
CAA sought a management partner that could strengthen membership value and support long-term organizational growth. The partnership has already laid a strong foundation for that work, combining operational support with a shared commitment to advancing CAA’s mission and responding to emerging opportunities.
“We are honored to partner with CAA and support its vital work on behalf of California’s ambulance providers and the communities they serve,” said Jodi Fisher, CEO of Impact Association Management. “Impact has extensive experience working within hybrid management models, and we look forward to partnering closely with Executive Director, Rob Lawrence, to provide the strong operational infrastructure and association management support needed to advance CAA’s strategic priorities, serve its members and position the organization for continued growth.”
