Rachael Piper Kolanczyk

Rachael is a dedicated professional with a commitment to community service, including an extensive record of volunteer work and active involvement in various nonprofit organizations. Drawing on her background in customer service and healthcare, Rachael has honed her communication skills, organizational acumen, and attention to detail.

In August 2023, Rachael worked with the Impact AMC Management team to establish the Financial Coordinator role. In this role, she has demonstrated her financial acuity and strategic thinking, contributing her skills to bring value to Impact’s clients.

Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration-Management from UW-Whitewater where she established her understanding of various facets of the business world.

Outside of work, Rachael's interests span a wide range of activities. She enjoys embarking on purposeful road trips, lending her time to volunteer initiatives, exploring scenic hiking trails, spending time in local coffee shops, and indulging in a good read.
