Natalie Ketchum
Association Coordinator

Natalie brings experience in customer service, marketing, and communications to her role at Impact. As an Association Coordinator, Natalie combines her passion for marketing with her customer service background to meaningfully support clients. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications and Digital Studies, Natalie has strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a knack for all things creative.

Throughout her career, Natalie has demonstrated a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn that have led to her success in previous positions. Before joining the team at Impact, Natalie worked as a marketing intern where she tackled various marketing projects and assisted with administrative needs.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys running, reading, cooking, and crocheting. She can often be found trying out new coffee shops or restaurants in Madison, exploring local farmers markets, or spending time with her loved ones.
