Laura is a seasoned association executive with a passion for building strong, mission-driven organizations. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the association sector, she brings a strategic mindset and collaborative spirit to every role she takes on.

Holding both an MBA and the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential, Laura combines deep industry knowledge with a sharp business acumen. Her expertise spans governance, member engagement, strategic planning, and operational excellence, helping associations thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Known for her approachable leadership style and commitment to meaningful results, Laura works closely with boards, volunteers, and staff to align purpose with performance. Whether navigating change, launching new initiatives, or enhancing member value, she brings clarity, energy, and results to the table.

In her spare time, Laura loves to spend time with her family and pets, reading, cheering on the KU Jayhawks, and the Kansas City Chiefs!
