Karen Lundquist
Association Manager

Karen brings many years of experience working with nonprofits and associations at an executive level. Her multi-faceted work with these organizations has involved her in strategic conversations that lead to transformational, mission-based work. Helping an organization thrive is in her DNA, and she is especially passionate about offering a consistent, high-quality experience for her clients. As a data-driven professional, she aims for continual improvement as well as celebrating milestones related to impact, membership engagement, and organizational growth.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Music from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master’s in Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas.

In her free time, she is involved in her local arts community, serving in both performance and development roles. She enjoys reading, gardening, and discovering hidden travel gems (especially if they involve ice cream).
