Hannah Lier
Association Manager

Hannah brings multiple years of experience in customer service, critical thinking, and problem solving to Impact. She is known for her ability to collaborate and prioritize association goals, in addition to her exceptionally organized and detailed-oriented approach to her work. She is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, as well as minors in Leadership and Classical Studies.

Hannah is active in the association community and is an engaged member of the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE). Her involvement began in 2023 when she was selected as a member of the inaugural cohort of the WSAE Association Leadership Academy. Throughout this year-long program, she further developed her skills as an association leader and built a strong professional network. Since then, Hannah has held leadership positions with WSAE, including acting as the 2025-2026 Young Professional Director, and is a proud recipient of the 2025 WSAE Young Professional Award.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys playing volleyball, reading bestsellers, and trying out new restaurants.
