Set your association up for success through COVID-19.

Impact understands the needs of associations better than anyone else! This fact does not change during a pandemic.

We understand that each association is different and their needs during this time will vary. Because of this, we are doing everything we can to help our clients and stay educated on the ever-changing circumstances. See below how we are staying on top of the situation and helping associations continue to grow.

  • Agility and Flexibility. What worked 2 months ago might not work today and we get that. We are continuously offering new solutions to clients and looking for new opportunities of growth.

  • Proactive. It is important to stay on top of changes. Luckily, we work with our clients to plan for the future and have strategic plans in place for circumstances like the one we are experiencing. For clients who have not taken advantage of this so far, we are taking the time now to put plans in place for the future. This has helped our clients to remain successful.

  • Stability. The AMC structure allows Impact to be more stable than in house employees might be. We can more easily handle hits the industry might take.

  • Membership Engagement. Engagement can be difficult to spark during normal months, meaning it can be quite challenging during this time. Our team has the resources and experience to keep members engaged and active despite obstacles.

  • Membership Communications. Our team is well-versed in marketing and public relations. If you are unsure of how to approach your membership during this time, Impact can help. Our Executive Administrators are the experts and can provide guidance and strategy.

  • Dues Structure Changes. Yearly dues are a great way to keep members locked in for a long period of time. People might not be as willing to hand over a large amount of money right now, meaning it might be time to look at other options. Impact has experience with several structure types and can assist our clients with this change.

  • Membership Surveys. Our team is taking the time to find out what our clients’ members need from their associations at this time. It is important to provide members with the resources and benefits they need right now.

  • Education and Conferences. Despite the unexpected change of events, we were able to quickly pivot to offering education and networking virtually. Impact has spent the last year reimagining what education and conferences look like now. Through this, we have worked to develop engaging and user-friendly virtual and hybrid events as well as year-round education for members.
