Alyssa brings years of technology support to Impact. Here at Impact, she manages all internal technology, manages client technology onboarding, data and cybersecurity protocols, and is an active part of training for all new and current staff members at Impact. Alyssa is an amazing contributor to the Impact team. She's not only the one staff turn to for tech troubleshooting - she's also a thoughtful, collaborative teammate who always shows up with patience, insight, and a steady hand. Her quick thinking and proactive mind have made a lasting impact on our team, and she makes our workdays smoother in more ways than one.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences with a focus in Data Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She has a passion for helping others and brings a high level of optimism to all tasks she takes on.

Alyssa is a true crime podcast junkie; you may even call her a ‘Crime Junkie’ as well as an animal lover. Her hobbies recently grew to include board games, dancing, learning what all can be made with a Kitchenaid mixer, diving into all things excel, and being highly entertained by her tortie, Sabrina.
