Alexa brings years of event coordination, editing, and administrative experience to Impact. She graduated from Carroll University with a Bachelor's degree in English and a minor of Management & Leadership. In previous roles, she worked as a wedding event assistant, a proofreader for a global company, and as Editor-in-Chief of a Midwest literary magazine.

Alexa's strengths lie in her keen attention to detail, organizational mindset, and ability to jump right into any task at hand. She approaches each new client event with enthusiasm and an understanding of the nuances that make each conference unique. She is passionate about bringing each client's vision to life and thrives in the fast-paced environment of producing in-person events of all sizes. Whether she's orchestrating logistics, drafting communications, or corralling speakers and vendors, Alexa is dedicated to elevating the attendee experience.

In her free time, Alexa enjoys reading, traveling, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with her family and her dog, Finn.
